My 2002 had the same code problem, but my first problem was I had rusted and cracked reluctor ring on the axel shaft. Check both sides for rust and cracking while your under the car. I only had c1175 and no c1165 right side, but the right side was cracked as well. If your rings are good, then you and I are having the same problem. Code c1175 still reappears after resetting and I also have replaced the left side sensor, too. I am now looking at the ABS module, but can only speculate at this time.

4x4x4, odds are your reluctance ring is shot and you need a new one. If you pull out that wheel speed sensor, you should be able to shine a flashlight down the hole and see the metal clamp (aka, ring) that is on the half shaft. It will kinda look like a piece of stamped steel with some rectangles cut out of it. Odds are, you will find that yours is gone and has rusted into pieces.

4x4x4, you will in short be replacing the rear half shaft. the reluctance ring should be mounted to that. If you get a separate reluctance ring, then you are pretty much going to remove the half shaft from the vehicle, put on the reluctance ring and then put the shaft in like it was a new one.
