Default Can I disable the rear park sensors?

A couple of my rear park sensors are out and I don't feel like replacing them. As a result I get the long beep every time I put it in reverse.

Is there any way I can disable the system entirely? I looked at the fuse chart and it looks like unplugging the fuse would also disable my reverse lights. I'm down for cutting the wires even if that works.

Right next to the spare tire is the module for the system. It has a single tan connector on it. I think you can just disconnect it and it will quiet down. That module controls the sounder and the system is fairly independent of the rest of the car (other than the reverse input) so it won't harm any other system. Give it a shot.
