Car Jerks
I just had my engine rebuilt and I have a 3.0. My Car in the morning especially when in cold weather if not warmed up for 2mins when I put the car in reverse it turns off and The battery light along with the rest of the lights turn on. If I turn the car again the RPM drops to around 700 and when I pull into the first stop light the car jerks forward and turns off again. Any ideas???

Have someone plug a reader device into the OBD port and see if there are any pending or stored codes.
If the car sat for some time, it's possible the fuel pump is failing. Have someone check the fuel pressure at idle and under load using the schraeder valve on the fuel rail.
