Default Catalytic Converters Went Bad X Type 3.0 V6

Hello everybody,

After I replaced my sparg plugs I also replaced the o-rings, fuel filter, air filter, oil filter and oil, cabin air filter, MAF sensor the car was doing fine till started stalling and I took it to a Jag dealer they charged me $115 for a Com. Diagn. and said I got code p0340 which it was to replace the camshaft and crankshaft sensors I paid around $600 for the job two days later I had a code p0430 and they said it is my front Catalytic Converter they stated that the rear is faulty but I only get the code p0430 for the front one so total quote with both to be replaced and tech labor is $2.760 so I decided to to it myself . I have located the parts at $200 each but I am thinking in replacing the front cat only since it is the only code I get with my auto scanner.
Is there anyone who can describe to me how to do this? and if any pics are attached it'll be much appreciated
