Default Changed o2 sensor & now x won't start !

had a p1646 error and changed out the sensor. A real PIA to get to, but after cutting the wires was able to fit a socket over it - o2 socket kept spinning off

Put in the new one, turned on the car drove it forward about 100 feet and reverse back into the driveway. Got into it this morning and everything looks normal except it will not start. I can hear the fuel pump and all the other clicks, just Nothing else. I even replaced the battery on the key Fob - and nothing. At one point I did hear turn over quickly for a half second. Since then nothing.

also try jumping the battery - same result

any fuses or any other things I can check?

Do you mean the starter turns the engine, but the engine doesn't start, or do you mean there is no response when the key is turned to START?

Check relays and loom connections for something that has been disturbed during the oxygen sensor replacement.

You can also try to move the shift lever whilst turning the key to start.

yep tried it in both P and N - same no crank. All connections seem fine as well in loom

What fuses or relays do you suggest checking ?
Also what is best way to test the starter ?

Thanks !

Update -
took a deep breath and looked at it again after getting home from work this afternoon. - Felt around the starter and found the starter selnoid nut was very loose and the yellow cable was not making firm contact. Tightened it down and cranked right up !

thanks again all all for their input - issue resolved.
