2002 X-Type 2.5 Automatic, 63,000 miles

I have recently been getting a light in the dash. It is a red circle with an exclamation point (!) in the middle. When that happens, the idle is high and non-controlling. I turned the engine off and waited for about a minute, and started the engine and all was fine, until the next time. Today, it happened again. Only, this time, the check engine light came on. I took the car to get the code read. These are what they found:

P0121
Throttle Position Sensor, Pedal Position Sensor A CKT Range/Perf

P1111
Manufacturer Control Fuel Air Metering

Anyone know what my solution is?? Thanks in advance

 

Sounds like your TP sensor needs too be replace
