Default Check Engine P1647

Hello everybody,
A few days ago I got the check engine light after accelerating really fast on the highway, the next day got the codes read and it was P1647. After doing some research and reading through the forums I found out it was the bank 2 upstream sensor 1. I did not drive the car for a few days fearing that it could damage the engine or catalytic converter. After it sitting for a few days I drove the car then suddenly the light just turned off while driving it. It has not come back on but my question is should I still replace it? Or could there be something else that can cause this code? Any help or advice will be appreciated. Thanks in advanced

Sadly the next post has not had the pictures available to me, I've posted an inquiry, but the advice is sound:
