Default cig lighter and running light questions

my X is long gone but my parents and an uncle still each have one so i frequently have to repair them. i was installing a set of hid lights in my uncle's car and he told me his cig lighter stopped working. my first thought was the fuse, so i pulled out his owner's manual and read the fuse section 5 times. not once did i see any mention of the cig lighter. i found a reference to the rear one on a wagon but nothing else. would anyone like to clue me in as to which fuse it is? on a related note, is the light ring for the lighter on the same fuse? the light works but not the socket and this was verified by testing it with my test light so i don't think they are related fuse-wise. if they are i have a lot more work in front of me than i thought.

i forgot about the running light in the high beam. after installing the hid lights their beauty was marred by the ugly yellow tinge from that little bulb. i know on mine i swapped it out for a superwhite led that was a good match for the hid but i can't for the life of me remember what bulb it was or where i got it from. anyone?

thanks.

Nineball, what year is the X? Because diffrent years have diffrent fuse locations to the best of my knowledge. For 2002 2003 and 2004 its going to be Fuse #68 located in the drivers side compartment area, for a 2005 I checked my manual and its located on the drivers side area as well but under fuse # 52. All of them are going to be blue mini 15's, hopefully this helps if not maybe someone else can give you more extensive info. Now about the little Led's.. I know v-leds has 5000k white led lights and they are pure white from what I heard, I ordered two pairs and was placed on back order so I cant give you an honest opinion on them but they are very popular and always sell out as soon as theres a stock in but depending on the K level of the hid's which were installed you can most likely get matching ones from that site. Goodluck!

Page 172, it's going to be the fourth on the list under "Cigar Lighter" Fuse # 52. Haha no sometimes when you look so hard for something you tend to miss it.. even though its right infront of your face, happens to me all the time. Umm the little running lights take 194 bulbs same as which go in the license plate lights. No problem
