Thumbs down Clunking sound from the front and the back...

I have an 03 with 75K miles, the other day I noticed it was very "clunking" sounding while driving on a road that was not smooth. I looked under the car and noticed one of the sway bar links was broken in the rear. How easy are these to replace with just jack stands? Also the sound from the front I'm guessing are worn out bushings, is this an easy job?
