Yes, it looks like a complete package but why would you want a used one? The parking brake (handbrake) unit is a known service issue (ask me how I know).

thats around $60 us ,over here you can get one brand new for $90 ,and only the rear mostly go bad so for $180 a pair thats a steal ...or you could rebuild it ,thermo has a good right up

Yes, I've seen Thermo's write up and it's very good. I don't think I have the ability is my problem. Thermos' fix #1 has the arm not moving, trouble is mine is moveable, and the whole distance so I think mine is a different problem?!?

turnbui, rebuilding a caliper is super easy. It isn't that bad. The only thing is getting that special pentasocket. Beyond that, very easy. I would say to get the caliper and then you now have a bunch of spare parts.
