Default Cooling Fan Module

Hello,

Need a little help. My radiator/cooling fan has been running non-stop all of sudden until the battery is drained. Took it to dealer and they diagnosed it to be the fan module and gave me a quote.

Now that I know what the problem is, I'll fix it myself. I'm trying to order the module but it doesn't seem to come by itself, I have to get the complete fan assembly. Is this really the case? I only need the control module. Not to mention, I was told I also need to get an updated link that connects to the engine harness and extra $100.

I referenced part #C2S 24957K (superceded by C2S27035) mentioned here on the forum.

Trying to get some confirmations before placing my order.

Boom! https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...modules-73510/

That will help you a million. I bought a cooling fan module on here for $45 shipped to my door. After it arrived, and about an hour later, I had swapped the module.

Ah, sweet. Thank you Never would have figured out what category the modules are listed under. Just needed to tweak the search for my supported VIN and found what I needed.

Thanks again.
