differential fluide

The Differential fluid is a synthetic 75W140 gear oil, Ford/Jaguar spec M2C 192 A. I like to stick with a commercial product that calls out the spec. I found CRC Industries - Sta-Lub Syn Go meets the M2C192A spec. Some others do too, but this is easy for me to purchase at a NAPA store. I think Amsoil meets the spec, but I cannot purchase this one easily.
The fill is about 1 1/2 qts. Jaguar will tell you not to change it, but I do anyway. I don't think Diff fluid need to be changed that often, but I look at approx. every 50K miles...or so.
