Disc stuck in front CD player

Hello everyone, i have a CD stuck in my cd player. How could i do? Auto say "no disc"

Thanks for the link. I ve already try things said. Has Someone succesfully pull out the disc stuck without dismantle all the front unit ? Just by Taking it with a small instrument ?
