I need to complain about my broken defrost blend door. I think that they should pay for some of the cost of replacement. Who can I email or call?

What's the story behind your blend door on your car that is 8 years old.

 

"Well, I think I have a problem. All actuators work. When I tried to turn the blend door with a screwdriver the entire knob pushed through. I assume that this indicates that the door itself is broken and the entire unit must be replaced. " You might not have luck with them covering something you've manipulated with a screwdriver, that and your car being 8 years old.

 

And when your car was produced it had Ford standing behind it but now it's Tata.
