Door open light won't go off
One of the door micro-switches is not operating. The switch tell the SCLM that the door is closed.
I would recommend spraying down the latching mechanism with penetrating oil (wd-40) in an effort to free it up.
Worst case you will have to remove the door card and replace the switch.

Locking with fob and 2 honks is the PATS saying a door is ajar. As Avern suggested check the door switches, and the hood and the trunk. DO NOT spray lubricant in the hood latches as there is a TSB saying it causes the switch to die.
Is there a door, hood, trunk notice on your message center if you sit in the car? Or try sitting and locking while inside?

Another thought, as you drive off from initial start and the auto locking all doors engages, do a physical look and check to see if they are all indeed locked (drive, locks, someone outside tries each door). If a door opens, that's probably the one with the problem.
