jessy, you will need to remove the 3 screws that you tightened earlier (2 at the bottom of the door, 1 in the handle area). From there, you will need to slide a thin bar between the door panel and the metal structure of the door and pop out of place the 3 fasteners on the front and back edges of the trim piece (1 at the top, 1 in the middle, and 1 near the bottom at each end). now, pull the door trim towards you slightly and then release the pull cable going to the door latch (remove the cable from the retainer bracket and then bend the cable 90 degrees to allow the lead ball on the end of the cable to come free of its recess). Next pull the door panel out a little further and disconnect the power cable running across the back of the trim.

Installation is the reverse process.

jessy, just to let you know, the clips should be fairly standard clips and can be picked up at any local auto parts store. I know places like Checkers/Schucks/Kragens/Advance have a large selection of clips on the shelf. Just need a sample one to compare to what they have. Probably would save a few bucks too.

yep, what he said, just replace the clips - that's what fixed mine. I did get them from the dealer though
