ECM problem?

Cool ECM problem?

My ECM on my 02 x type has recently broken,does anyone know were i can find a used one for sale.as i would rather buy than a new module.

Here's 3 from E-bay. Still probably more than you are wanting to spend, but that is what they are selling them for. You can try also going to a local junk yard (sorry, now called wrecking yards) and see if they have an X-type sitting around or if they can get on their network and find you one. From what I can tell, the 02 and 03's use the same computer. Those are the only 2 years you have to choose from.

how do you know the ecm is bad?

they made a diagnostic on my car.......ecm failure was the problem,
thanks for the help on this thermo as i am now lookin in to them.
