Default Engine knock

Hi all,

Few days ago bought 3.0 sport as a spares car. Car has been sitting in field for eight years.
After following all the usual procedures for starting a car after that long, car started but two different knocks culd be heard from engine, one on the rear of the engine and it is probably lifter knocking. this one I'm not woried about. but at the front of the engine is different knock that sounds to me as rod bearing.
So if someone recognises this sounf from the video..

I hope the same thing, the engine has less than 70k miles, but it's been standing in field for eight years so its possible that one bearing has spun. Don't know if a vvt could produce this kind of knocking

I'm a diesel man. Always have been but your noise seems to be a bit too "loose" to be a rod.
If it was the current diesel I would say it's a crankshaft pulley breaking up.
Are they the same on a petrol engine/

It turns out this was spun rod bearing, but caught it early so there is not a lot of damage.
No. 6 spun and No.5 is like new.

But to be safe, I'm planing to put in another connecting rod. And I'm having problem finding correct one.
My question is, what is oem par number, ford number? and are connecting rods same on S-type and X-type? Or on any other car, Lincoln LS?
