Default engine malfunction warning light ON

Dear Friens,
I've a Jaguar x-type 2.5 v6 24v 2001.... during the drive, engine malfunction warning light is ON.
I do a test OBD, and this is result:

Is Sonda Lamba Again?
Every ten years, i've this problem....now it's the Third.
Which is? Where is?
thanks
Another question, I would like to clean the petrol injectors with a special additive.
Operation never done, the car has 210,000 km... is it a good idea?
Thank you

Upstream bank 1 oxygen sensor.
So it's the firewall side of engine, pre-catalytic converter.
Best to replace with Bosch or Denso manufactured sensors, as cheap sensors will generally not last very long or in some instances work properly at all!

If your fuel quality is generally good there, then you probably don't need to do much in the way of cleaning, but you could add a quality brand injector cleaner to a tank every now and then if you want some peace of mind.
