Engine overheat, Air conditioning turned off and has not turn back on
I recently had a severe coolant leak that manifested pretty quickly and caused my engine to overheat. It turned out to be the pump and a blown coupling. These were replaced and the coolant system (and engine) is fine now.
However, when the car overheated, the A/C automatically turned off per the autocontrol which is stated in the X type manual. Now the problem is that the A/C has not turned back on. Is there something simple to do to switch the A/C back on? I couldn't find anything on this in the manual. I figured it would automatically turn back on like it automatically turned off but, this is definitely not the case.
Thanks for any help

Just tried that - No luck, it didn't reset but thanks for your response. Any Jaguar mechanics out there who know the answer to this? I'm 99% positive the A/C is fine because it worked fine til the coolant leak. Any suggestions?

Checked those and tried disconnecting the battery again with no luck. I'm really surprised noone has run in to this before. If anyone else had any ideas please let me know, otherwise I guess I'll have to bring it to the shop. Thanks again.
