engine stumbling
I have a 2003 x type 2.5. I changed the plugs recently and after putting the manifold back on it now misfires and stumbles. I am getting the following codes:
P0122
P0222
P1108
P1549
I have checked all wiring harnesses and they all appear to be fine. I did clean the throttle body with throttle body cleaner. I doubt that has anything to do with it but thought I would mention it anyway. Any thoughts? Thank you in advance.

Here's the source for what I found :
JAG CODES XTYPE 2000
P0122 = Tp sensor circuit 1 low voltage
P0222 = Tp sensor circuit 2 low voltage
For these two it says to turn the ignition to on (dont start) and then Slowly press the Accelerator to the floor over a 5 second period, slowly release and then repeat 3 times
P1108 = MAP sensor circuit high voltage
Turn the ignition on for 10 seconds
P1549 = IMT Valve 1 (bottom) circuit malfunction
Start engine and bring to operating temp. While in neutral bring engine to 5k rpm for 20 seconds
It sounds like you somehow confused the cars OBD system while it was apart during the intake removal.
Double check all of the connections and don't forget about that one line on the back side of the upper intake by the firewall. I nearly forgot that one once...
