You either have a bad ambient temp sensor or the control module is taking a dive. The temp sensor is easiest to replace and cheapest. If you look down at the lower bumper vains you will see a little switch attached there. Thats the ambient temp sensor. They don't go bad too often, so be prepared for some $$$ outlay if it turns out to be module. Good news is you can always use a used one as long as you get it programmed to vehicle after install. See them on Ebay fairly often. The control panel is the module.

I've got the same temp problem....I just put it off to the Fla. Sun! I'll check it tonight.
