Ok so I tried to change my front lower control arms and the bolt that goes thru the ball join (the vortex or start bolt) would not come off.
I used convection heater it was glowing red, used blow torch, still didn't budge, has anyone got a clue how to get this dang bolt out? We even lifted the arm up with a scissor jack to let any pressure off if there was any. If any could shed some light I would appreciate it..

I take it you have the nut off.
Use a screwdriver in the slot to open up the gap a little, soak it in a good quality penetrating oil for a couple of hours and if you can get your hands on an impact gun see if you can get the bolt to spin/break free.
if not hit the bolt or breaker bar with a brass hammer (or brass drift bar) while turning to simulate the impact gun you may get lucky.
apply pressure to your breaker bar forward and backward to try and break it free.
good luck !!!
