The new part I got had two white wires one black and one Grey and the old part had two black wires one blue and white. And there was no wiring diagram with a new part

 

I had same code come up after battery change. 2002 S type V6. Cleared code then reappeared. Waiting for part to arrive to replace it. Still drove the car got in yesterday Engine management light not on anymore. Any ideas. Engine management light still illuminating just before staring so dash light all good.

 

I am now getting the P0037 code, low bank 1 sensor 2.Which sensor is this? Rear firewall ?
Trying to find the part number and location.

Sensor 1 is upstream, sensor 2 downstream of the catalytic converter.

Bank 1 is closest to firewall, Bank 2 is closest to radiator. From the service manual: "References to Bank-1 and Bank-2 are made with regard to the engine. When viewed from the flywheel the right-hand bank will be Bank-1 and the left-hand bank will be Bank-2."

 

It was posted above the fuse for the upper oxygen sensor (Sensor 1) can cause the fault code P0037 for the lower sensor heater. Fuse 21 for Bank 1 and Fuse 20 for Bank 2 in my service manual (for North America, Model Year 2005, 3.0L petrol).
