So I took my first road trip with my nu X Type. Well, it's new to me anyhow. I haven't purchased a used car in decades and haven't owned a car with this much mileage on it since I can't remember when, so I was a bit concerned because I just bought the car. I had to make a trip this week to from Sacramento to San Francisco and was just a little concerned. Maybe concerned isn't the right word, most like "curious" to see how the car would handle a road trip.

So let's just set aside the fact that my trip was the same weekend as the HUGE Gay Pride Parade... (Okay, I left Saturday night and the parade is Sunday.....)

The car handled great, smooth as glass, no issues.... Sat in a parking garage in the hotel for three days, cold, started right up.

I'm still stunned that I bought a Jaguar and so happy right now that I'm tickled pink.
