Fitting Rear Lower Control Arm
Just been trying to remove the rear front lower control arm (baby arm). The inner bolt came out with a bit of a fight but the outer bolt (nearest the wheel) was solid, even after two days soaking in penetrating oil. The captive nut has broken lose and and come off so I am now left with the bolt turning and being seized solid to the bushing, the bushing is spinning with the bolt. I think my options are to cut the bolt head off and try using a punch to hammer the bolt through, or use a cutting wheel on my angle angle and cut the lot off. Anyone been in a similar position and any better ideas?
Reweld the captive nut, penetrating fluid, out/in/out/in on bolt with breaker bar if needed.
patience.

Thanks for everybody's suggestions, I took the most direct route and used an angle grinder to take off the bolt head and then used a cutting disc to cut the bolt in half, it was off in 10 minutes. Just waiting for the new bolt to arrive though, won't be here until Monday.
