Smile Fog Light out need to change

As most of you know I have a very bad back and very little bending motion. I noticed tonight one of my fog light bulbs is out. I went feeling around in back of the bumper and bent as far as I could and couldn't figure out a way to get to the bulb. Is these one of these bumper has to come off to change deals? It is probably in the owners manual but I thought I asked here and hope my son can do the job for me. Is it a Halogen lamp by the way? What am I doing tonight? and listening to Doo Wop and Mississippi Blues, (Son House)

Adam, the bulb only needs a 1/8th turn to get the bulb out. If you can get your hand to the back side of the fog light, you will feel an elbow back there in the center of the fog light. This is the plug for the bulb. give the plug a slight turn (I don't recall which way it needs to go, I want to say counter clockwise) and then you will feel the elbow get loose. From there you can pull it straight out of the fog light. From there, you can unplug the bulb from the wiring harness and reverse the process to install. Just remember which way the elbow is facing as you will need to position the elbow the same way when you reinstall.
