You guys are lucky, the dealer i USE to go to, thought they could treat me like crap, and thought i didnt know anything. When i told them what was wrong, they refused to fix and, and sed it was normal. I had to take it back to them several times and still they didnt do ****. So finally i drove an extra 40 miles to go to a different dealer and they fixed the problem rite away. Id rather drive the extra miles and be treated better. Also this other dealer is joint with an Aston dealer, so if its a short service i need done, i get to look at some sexy Astons.

 

I would write a letter to the service manager or at least go back in person and talk to the big cheese and let him know...

 

I got a X-mas card too from the nissan dealer! LOL!

 

Yeah I'd write a letter to somebody! What good is a warranty if they can't fix the dang car to begin with? Well actually whats any auto dealer good for if they can't fix a problem in a car? (other than those intermittent problems that they couldn't get to act up!)
