Default Front suspension

I am having my front dr. side hub and bearing replaced on my 05 x type. Garage says they need a new pinch bolt, but the one they ordered was the wrong one. I'm not sure which bolt they are referring to. Could it be the one on top of the vertical link (c2s45728), also known as a Damper bolt? Any input would be great.

the pinch bolt is on the hub and clamps the hub to the bottom of the shock.
