Hey everyone. I need some help. My 98 XK8 has a jammed up glove box. It wouldn't latch on both sides. Finally got it to close and latch. Now someone pulled to hard on the handle I'm guessing, but one side is unlatched again and the other side is latched. The handle is in the out or open position and won't move back in or out further to make it open. It is unlocked. The locking mechanism seems to work ok. Any suggestions? I would really like to get it open or apart without breaking anything. Thanks for any help.

Different problem but shows how to remove the glove box. Lower bolts should give you some "wiggle room" to get it removed and assess the problem(s)
