Help, I am at my wit's end. Grey smoke. 2008 x type 2.2d
1. Smokr is not there when you start car, or at low idle rpm of about 900rpm
2. The smoke starts when you have driven a few km and rpm stays bit higher at around 930rpm and is then consistent
3. Smells more like diesel than oil.
4. Turbo has just been just redone, did not solve the problem
5. Cleaned the egr valve. Did not solve problem.
6. Only error code that comes and goes is p1664 -fuel injection pump malfunction

Please please help.
