Headlights not dipping
I had headlight issues but fixed them with a new battery. Now the only thing wrong, (minor) is they don't dip anymore. The kids said they used to blink at us when I started the car. Now they don't. Any suggestions, thanks Maxx
maxx, what year vehicle are we working with here. MOst likely, you are simply dealing with a blown fuse for the headlight auto leveling system. Look in your owners manual and check that first. If you are still having issues, let me know and if you are handy with a multimeter, we can figure things out for you.
No offense meant but if I knew where to post I would. If I could find these places I would. This is such a large site with so many options without someone to guide me I haven't the slightest idea where to start. I also don't have the time to spend looking and guessing . I am not a computer wizard and the things you take for granted , I have yet to learn. I can't click on every item just to find out it is not what I want. I spend a lot of time looking before I post. First I look for the Canadian section which I was told to go to. Now I find out there is an X type section. The help I get for my car is invaluable but the time it takes to learn this site I simply don't have. Sorry. Maxx
P.S. I will try the fuse.

maxx, no offense taken. Just posts what year your car is in a post like you are already doing. I am trying to assist in giving you the correct fuses to look at. But, Jaguar renumbered all the fuses in 2004, hence why I need to know which year vehicle you have.
If you are not handy with a multimeter, that is fine. Just checking to see how I can go about checking things. sometimes getting a number means a lot more than just installing a jumper wire to see if things work.

Maxx, first check out fuse F39 in the passenger cabin and make sure that it is not blown. After that, you are most likely looking at a failed leveling module (located in the driver's door footwell area behind the plastic trim with the hood release lever). so, hope that the fuse is blown.
