Searched but couldn't find an answer... are the heated seats - only the bottom or also the seat backs? Same for Driver and Passenger sides?

 

I found this info in the x-type service manual page 2458.

Both the driver and passenger side seats (if equipped) have elements in the back and bottom.

The passenger seat in my jaguar x type 2005 is overheating and it is somewhat too hot to sit on. I am not sure if I see a difference between the red and orange setting.
Is there a way to control the heat?
I am also looking for a second hand tan driver seat either 8 or 10 positions in Canada montreal or toronto and having little luck in finding one
any ideas?
