New Quirky Thing - mechanically, the locks work. Sitting in the car, I can lock them, and both front doors will unlock all doors when exiting the car, so I know the actuators are working. With the key I can mechanically lock the driver's door, but the "double lock" won't lock the rest, nor will it roll the windows up like it used to (holding the key towards the lock position until they raise). With the fob they suddenly won't lock, but the lights flash and the second push of the button sets the alarm. Pushing the unlock button, I can hear all actuators working, but they aren't locked anyway. WTH is going on here?

 

See my post in the General Information section. In short, the door locks are sequential. So, your driver's door lock is not rotating all the way, which is interrupting the sequence.
