HELP - Water in the cabin air ducts

HELP - Water in the cabin air ducts
I heard some water swishing back and forth, and I investigated. I pulled the cowling and looked at the cabin air filter, and it was soaked. When I pulled the air filter, I saw trail of water going into the vent fan. Suspect water is trapped in the air ducts. Any ideas of how I might get the water out?
