Default Help X type shifting issues

Hello everyone,
I'm working on my stupid car again, trying to get the thing to run correctly. What's going on is I'm getting shift errors, can't remember what they are. So, I pulled the valve body to replace the shift solenoids (error having to do with shift solenoids), and while pulling the valves to make sure no springs or holders are broke, 2 of the valves won't come out, or go in; they basically won't move. I don't have the money to take it to a shop and have the professionals try to remove the valves. I just need some help, or idea's on how to get these things out, because I'm sure that's part of the problem.

Thanks everyone…

'Itmax' has a link to the transmission manual, you might get some ideas from it. https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...manual-113554/
He also started a thread on his transmission removal experience. https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...r-case-114136/
