Default HID type lights

I saw a Acura the other day and I saw something on it that looked realy cool! The light that shines on the licence plate was a bright white light. (see pic) Is this some type of special light? Has anyone doen this to there X-Type yet? I have a 2003 and I think this would add a small but very nice look to the car. please let us know..

Yes Gotti has it its a LED light and I believe the led you need is 194. go to www.vleds.com then catalog and then look for pair of 194 HID Super white.

Do that! Are you going to get the vleds? Keep us updated. Call someone to make sure what you see on the screen is what you want! If your trying to go blue than do that but if your wanting white stay as white as possible...

Parked next to a DTS a while back and it had HID white interior lighting. It looked so beautiful and bright.

jvegas..............If your gonna post some pics mate, try and make them before n after pics. As it shouldn't take too long to fit them, try and take a few pics before you fit them and a few after. As it'll be on the same day, same weather conditions and location it should prove quite a useful guide as to how good it looks

I will do just that. I also like the HID interior light idea. Aguill1, take it from me.... The bass in the trunk will do nothing but destroy that car. trust me.

Oh I know bass doesn't help a car out...I'm not talking tons of power just something to add bass so it can be at -6 on those less than lovely door speakers! I'd tap into a 30 amp power wire already back in the trunk so it won't be any bigger than 200 watts of rms power. Probably closer to 100 so it will be almost the same power as the stock system. Just need the right sub and box to go with it!

Now unplug the sub and tell me you notice the difference!? Heck no i could hook you up with some real nice stuff for 900 bucks! I was at the auto show and they had a package for the mitsu. lancer gts from rockford with navi for 3500...3500 dollars could seriously buy a whole heck of a lot of audio equipment!

I went to order the lights at www.vleds.com and the site is gone! it just says server not found!?! This is weird because I know the site is real. I have been there before. So much for "ordering the lights on Monday"
