HOW TO PROGRAM GARAGE OPENER

Hey guys i just bought a 02 x type and was wondering how to program my garage opener? i've searched this

forum and found limited info on the "how to".. if someone could break it down for me step by step it would be

greatly appreciated...

How could you miss it?
My wife says I'm crap at looking for things around the house when they are staring at me in the face but this just takes the biscuit
