Cool Hyper Flash Problem

I installed LEDs for my turn signal lights (front, rear, side) knowing I'd probably have a hyper flash problem. I would have solved it by replacing the flasher relay to be LED-compatible, or would have added a load resister. As it turns out, I have no hyper flash problem on the external lights. I read this is because the flash rate is controlled by the GEM module, not a flasher relay. However, I do have a hyper flash occurring on my interior turn indicators (instrument panel). So without a flasher relay to replace, how do I revert the internal flash rate back to normal??

fenbers, you will need to install the load resistors to get the correct current draw on the turn signal circuit.
