Can't find replacement rear axle

Hi,
My 2002 X Type is currently in the shop. It is a U.S. model. I need a right side rear axle assembly. I believe the genuine Jaguar part number to be C2S50486. I would be OK with a quality rebuild. I would appreciate any suggestions. I will pay $650.00 asking price for a genuine part if I must, but I would not object to saving a few dollars.
