My sons birthday is coming up and I am thinking about getting him a better ? radio for his car and some speakers. What should I look for and how much fooling around will it be? I want to spend 3 or 4 hundred tops. Is that unreasonable to get a better sound for him? Or should I just upgrade his speakers. We have already made it I pod friendly. thanks, bob

 

Why don't you just give him the $400 and he'll buy whatever he wants?

 

DVD unit is nice but I never use mine. If I did it again I'd go witha double din radio instead

 

DOuble Din with satnav, tv, ipod, sd card facilities all included.
Definitely the way to go!!! imho
if space is an issue, they do single dins for that price range too!
