Instructions on how to remove heater matrix?
Is there anywhere that I can find this? Dealer wants $1600 to repair my broken defrost blend door. Would rather do it myself if I can find step by step instructions on it.

All the same steps the dealer would take to fix it.
All the answers here in the forum are easy to find with the "Search" function. For this problem, there is even a temporary fix mentioned: "Pull the cabin air filter open a bit and jam a pencil in there to keep the door shut".

Good luck! (Use JB Weld for the adhesive, not Super Glue!)
