They are both warranty items. Take it back and they should fix them. Some dealers find loopholes. If the first one you go to say they can't, don't give up and go to another dealer.

If its still in the warranty period take it in and ask the quastion dogg..............whats the worst that can happen?
It should be covered I would say.
