I am having trouble with the Intermittent wipers.
I get Lo and Hi but no auto or intermittent. I am thinking of changing out Relay R4 to see if that helps. The car has the original Jag relay in position R4, does anyone know of the Ford equivalent part number so I can maybe get a cheaper Ford relay?

decibel, if you have low and high speeds, then you have a good relay. It would appear to me that odds are you problem lies in the wiper stalk. I would do checks on that first and then see where that takes you.
