Jaguar Roadside Assistance
Has anyone had any experience with Jaguar Roadside Assistance? I was on the way home from a trip this morning going through a snow and sleet storm. Low and behold the windshield wipers gave up the ghost on me. I am on the side of the Interstate approximately 21 miles from the next exit. So I decide to give the roadside assistance a call. MISTAKE...There was a Jaguar dealer at the next exit. However Jaguar informed me that since my car was still running and only the wipers didn't work they could not help me at all. Their advice. Limp down the shoulder of the road for the 21 miles and take it to the Jaguar dealer and have them look at it when they open tomorrow. It's a good thing I have a kind hearted brother. He went to the U-Haul place and picked up a car hauler and drove the 4 hours to come pick me up. Loaded the Jaguar then 4 hours back down the road. So much for help from Jaguar.

Huh? You drove to the dealer and they turned you away? I don't buy that....they never turn anybody away...especially when it's a safety issue.
Side not, I had to use the road side assistance one, very helpfull and pleasant. Flatbed truck came right up to the house, picked up the car and took it to the dealer for a cleaning....
Don't know why they would turn you away like that....i would call the service manager and file a complaint....or punch him in the nose.....
