Huh? You drove to the dealer and they turned you away? I don't buy that....they never turn anybody away...especially when it's a safety issue.

Side not, I had to use the road side assistance one, very helpfull and pleasant. Flatbed truck came right up to the house, picked up the car and took it to the dealer for a cleaning....

Don't know why they would turn you away like that....i would call the service manager and file a complaint....or punch him in the nose.....

i think you got that wrong racer. he called Jaguar for roadside assitance, who informed him to go to the dealer and wait for the morning.
