Jaguar x type 2005 keeps leaking coolant

Hey, replaced the upper radiator hose twice and new everything but yet it still leaking, I’ve checked everything the t is good like I don’t understand the problem so if anyone can please help me

A bit more clarity on "replaced" hose would be helpful. The rubber hose L/R, etc. Our Jags are notorious for a hairline Crack in the plastic "T" the hoses connect to and bolt to the bottom where the thermostat is.
