Hi: It took me two hours to get the dao35.dll or whatever that is to run as adminstrator or whatever that is but finally I did get JTIS to sort of start and sort of run but it will not open any of the adobe images of wiring diagrams. It looks like acrobat has reinvented itself yet again with completely different screens and commands. Any attempt to get JTIS to open any pdf gives me a "problem" screen that I can't get past. It does not look anyone has looked at the giant sticky for this issue in almost a year. Has everyone given up or what? One part of the sticky says there are two files to download while another part says there are three. I had not gotten the third one when I got the dao35 problem solved but now I wonder do I have to completely uninstall and start all over again now that I did get the third part? I had huge trouble extracting the RAR file and did not know where to put it when I did extract it. So I realize somebody went to a lot of trouble to try and provide this for us but it is not working and I cannot understand the instructions since I am not a professional computer expert. Please translate any response into lay english please. Thank you. --Tom Higgins

After spending two more hours on this, I did get adobe to open a wiring diagram buried in JTIS somewhere but yours is a better solution. Thank you.
