Was just wondering why I can't turn off my dipped beams, they always have a tendency of staying on when driving. I prefer to just keep the 5w5 bulbs on during the day, but apparently it doesn't give me that option. Do I need a new fuse for the light switch or.. ?

Electrical area's is not quite my forte.

 

The owners manual indicates Canadian vehicles require running lights on.

 

Fezz, there are 4 different headlight switches for X-Types. The headlight switch that you get dictates how the lights will function. While I am not telling you to violate local laws, if you were to get say the "US" version headlight switch, that would give you what you are after.
