Location of FPDM Module
Nevermind, Found it. For future reference is it under the back seat on driver side. Under the front of the seat supporting sheet metal if you pull the carpeting back there is a slot that you can reach in and pull the connector out. The module is mounted with two 10mm bolts, one accessible from the front and one from the back of the seat mounting sheet metal.
I am hunting down a difficult issue with the O2 sensor "Not Ready" for for a smog test. After running dozens of drive cycles, hundreds of miles, cleaning a throttle body, catclean fuel and O2 sensor cleaning tank treatment and hours and hours on the internet searching, I've come to replacing the fuel pump driver module. It is something that has fixed multiple Ford F150's with the same exact symptoms after going through the same things I've tried. I've just ordered a replacement from O'rieillys and Ill find out tomorrow if it worked or not.

Well, the module plugged and played fine, no codes but didn't cause the O2 sensors to switch to "ready" state for the smog test. Put about 80 miles on it still shows not ready.
Guess I'll try new O2 sensors but don't expect it to be the issue.
