Hello everyone!

I'm looking at buying an X-Type to use as a winter driver since they have AWD, and they are just beautiful cars! I was wondering if there are any common issues I should be looking out for, if there is anything I should try to avoid, etc...

Any help/advice you could give is greatly appreciated!

simply low miles they are tanks in snow , i drive mine easy 187,000 runs like new change transfer case ,transmision and coolant fluids once a year ....

 

Look for a southern car. If you buy locally (rust belt), be wary of rust under the rocker panel covers. Mine was rusted so badly, I was concerned for it structurally. I traded it in for $500 because I wouldn't have sold it to anybody.
